SteelPoint Machine Tool is excited to bring the DNE D-Tube laser cutting machine to the United States and Canada. This versatile tube fiber laser comes in four power options (3kW, 4kW, 6kW, 12kW), two cutting head options, three chuck sizing options, and multiple sizing offloading options.
With a 29.5 foot (9 meter) tube loading capacity, three chucks for support, and semi-automatic loading and offloading, this machine is designed for accurate cutting and fast material handling. There are three chucks that come in different sizing options based on your part requirements 240mm, 280mm and 360mm (9.45” – 14.17”). The chucks are positioned for optimal support in accurate processing long profiles. While a 2 meter offloading option is standard, these tube lasers also can be made to fit the manufacturer’s needs with a 4 meter, 6 meter, and 9 meter offloading capacity option. For customers with a tight footprint, smaller loading lengths are available.
The DNE D-Tube is offered with two cutting head options: standard head and bevel head. With intuitive software, this tube laser cutting machine makes cutting tubes and pipes easy and straightforward.
The D-Tube is designed to handle multiple profiles: round, square, angle, channel, beam, etc.
All DNE D-Tube laser cutting machines are installed and supported by local and knowledgeable OpEx team. OpEx service engineers are located throughout the United States, and are specially trained to support all DNE equipment.
