President & CEO

Bio

Brad Peterson founded On Point Holdings in 2009. He brings over two decades of sales management, business development and leadership expertise to the On Point team. Most of Brad’s career has been invested into the manufacturing and industrial market segments. Brad believes in hiring talented professionals, aligning them with a clear vision and supporting them so they can perform to their potential. Brad has been married to Betsy for 35 years. Together they raised four children and have nine grandchildren. He is actively involved in Crossroads Community Church in Sheboygan, WI. In his free time, Brad enjoys raising and training English Setters for hunting and field trials, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Jordan Peterson

Managing Partner

Bio

Jordan Peterson has been selling & marketing industrial manufacturing equipment since 2012. Jordan serves On Point Holdings as a Managing Partner and is focused on Revenue Generation & Organization Development. He holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in sales, marketing and entrepreneurship from University of Wisconsin-Stout. While working with metal fabricators in Wisconsin, he quickly learned to utilize his experiences as a former collegiate athlete to bring contagious energy and a disciplined approach to each of his projects. In January of 2017, Jordan relocated to Tennessee to spearhead expansion of On Point Solutions in the southeast. .Jordan enjoys spending his spare time in the great outdoors hunting, fishing and playing golf. An ardent Wisconsin sports fan, he currently resides in Nashville, TN with his german wirehair pointer, Boone.

Joshua Peterson

Bio

Joshua Peterson serves On Point Holdings as Managing Partner focused on Operations Management and Financial Management functions. Josh joined On Point Holdings in 2016 and acted as a Territory Manager in the state of Wisconsin for On Point Solutions. Before joining the family business, he spent 5 years as a Facilities Engineer with a Fortune 500 company and served as an Army Engineer Officer in the Wisconsin National Guard for 9 years. Josh has a bachelor of science in Engineering Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is passionate about the metal fabrication industry and enjoys the people within it. He resides in Hartland, WI with his wife Alix, two daughters Rosalie and Estelle, and his bird dog, Chief. He enjoys western big game hunting, Wisconsin outdoors, football, and golf.

When he's not busy assisting clients, you can find him coaching his kids' basketball and soccer teams, fueling his passion for sports and family.
